• UI/UX Design Execution: Design intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces for both corporate websites and mobile applications (iOS/Android) using Figma.
• Visual Asset Creation: Develop all necessary graphic elements, including custom icons, detailed illustrations, and unique design components.
• Graphic Design Production: Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to produce high-quality visual content for internal and external projects.
• Interactive Content: Conceptualize and design engaging, interactive graphics and short animations for social media campaigns using tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Presentation & Documentation: Create professional and clean presentations of design interfaces and user flows for internal review and client communication.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Software Proficiency (Must-Have):
• Expertise in Figma for UI/UX prototyping and collaboration.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic creation and image manipulation.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign for document/presentation layout.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics/social content.
• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design.

• Full-Cycle Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities in both the Indian and international markets.
• Lead Generation Mastery: Utilize advanced tools and techniques, including Apollo.io, data scraping tools, and email campaign strategies, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: Conduct effective cold/warm calls and meetings to clearly articulate the value proposition of Google Workspace/Cloud solutions and our custom IT development services (App/Web Development).
• Needs Analysis: Expertly diagnose a client's business challenges and clearly identify how HYPLAP's solutions can solve them, leading to tailored proposals.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Draft compelling sales proposals, manage the negotiation process, and successfully close contracts to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client data using Google Sheets and internal CRM systems.
